Our snorkelling group meets every Friday at 9.00-10.00pm in the pool. If you are 6 years and above and love water sports then this is for you!

Confidence building skills teach the students how to snorkel in a safe environment, will improve fitness and watermanship. You need to be able to swim (not necessarily like a fish!) only competently, but the most important thing is to enjoy having fun! Progressing to attain open water and nationally and internationally recognised qualifications develops a safe and confident snorkeler to ultimately obtain more enjoyment whilst on holiday or using the pool.

Membership costs: (6yrs+)

Brentwood SELO Sub Aqua Club Youth Snorkeler £22.50pa

Courses: Duration of Training Theory Practical

Basic Snorkel Diver 2 hours

Snorkel Diver 1hr 15mins 1hr 45mins

Ocean Snorkel Diver 3hr 15mins 5hr 45mins

BSAC Youth Snorkeller membership £16.00pa

Welcome pack includes: Snorkel Qualification Record Book, Safe Diving

Booklet, Snorkel grades information sheet, and

an opt-in application form.
