SUB AQUA CLUB
Club Equipment
The Club has
12 sets of full kit made up of BC (Buoyancy Compensator),
Regulators, Cylinder plus weights, belts and bags along with
allsorts of diving paraphernalia. New members have the use of the
full kit for one year, for free, whilst they train and complete the
Ocean Diver course.
After a year the club kit can be hired (as long as it is available)
but more often than not, most people have caught the diving bug and
purchase their own equipment and have more equipment themselves than
the equipment room!
We are also very fortunate to have our own locally situated
compressor, which means that we can fill our cylinders for free!!
SELO is lucky enough to have our own RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat)
together with trailer and GPS Navigation System which members of the
club are able to use for any diving activities they wish to
organise, many varied trips such as to Plymouth for diving or to
Bognor Regis for family fun days!
